Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Whitman’s Vault. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Opened products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Any TCG products due to repacking fraud

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@whitmansvault.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
